ISC Swim Team

The ISC Swim Team is designed for children who are strong swimmers and interested in developing competitive skills. Our coaches focus on improving stroke technique, teaching flip-turns, and introducing basic interval training - all while emphasizing teamwork, cooperation, and fun.

Swim Team participants receive an ISC swim cap and a t-shirt to tie-dye, and they’ll have the chance to take part in one competitive swim experience over the summer.

Required Skill Level: Swimmers should be comfortable completing two laps of freestyle and two laps of backstroke (with rests as needed).
