Pavilion Reservations
Members can reserve pavilions for birthday parties and special events. There will be a fee of $10 per hour for each booking.
Pavilions can be booked in blocks of 1 or 2 hours at a time.
Any non-member coming to the swim club must pay the $10 guest fee in order to gain access to the swim club and pavilions.
Guest passes can be purchased ahead of time with your Esoft Planner account or can be purchased once the guest arrives at the swim club.
Rentals will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
You must clean the pavilion prior to departure. A cleaning fee will be assessed if excessive cleaning is required.
Please note, refunds will only be provided within 48hrs of your reservation time. If you cancel 24hrs prior to your reservation you will not be provided a refund.
To rent a pavilion, please follow the directions below:
Login to your eSoft Planner account
From the home page, click on 'Rent a Location'
On the Location Rental Scheduling page -
Enter in the date you would like to rent the pavilion
For Location Type choose 'Pavilion'
For Duration choose either 60min or 120min
Click 'View Availability'
4. From the Location Rental Scheduling Availability page
Click on the 'Shopping Cart' Symbol for the time and pavilion you would like to rent. This will add it into your shopping cart
Once completed, click 'View My Cart & Checkout'
5. From the My Cart page, confirm your selections and click 'Continue to Checkout'
6. From the Checkout page, if you don't want to utilize your account balance, check the box 'Don't Use Account Balance' otherwise click 'Continue with Payment and Scheduling'
7. If you are not using your account balance you must enter in your credit card details in and click 'Purchase Now'
